Focus on developing the hospitality in the region and re-engaging the public with idea of a new, global Kashmir, the organisation has sought to Initiate and encourage a conscious rebranding of J&K tourism, as a place for global citizens and gather momentum to encourage OCIs to invest in Kashmir. GCF Founder, Dr M met with leading landbank owners and lawyers in the region regarding joint investment or partnership opportunities between OCI and local residents/landowners. These investment were to coincide with the ambit of the current legal framework for J&K. This event in effect, set the tone for the other investment summits and opportunities that have been proposed in Kashmir since 2019.
